arkitekturaren erabilerari buruzko ikerketa-taldea
M-etxea 2007an jaio zen Donostiako arkitektura eskolako irakasle eta ikaslez osatutako taldea da eta izaera guztiz praktiko batekin errealitate arkitektonikoa ikertzeaz arduratzen da, partaideek eraikinen erabiltzaile direnez haien bizipen eta esperientziak erabilita garatzen diren ideiak aztertu eta probatzen dituztelarik. Garrantzi handiena erabiltzailea eta bizi deneko espazioa okupatzeko eta erabiltzeko modua hartzen dute. Gure motibazioa espazio arkitektoniko eta urbanoa modu proaktibo batean ikertzea da. Espazioaren erabilera bera arkitekturaren inguruan hausnartzeko modu egokia da, arkitekto zein hirigileei lotzen zaien paper gaineko lana gaindituz. Biziguneetako espazioa da gure laborategi eta lan eremua. Espazioaren diseinatzaile eta erabiltzaile gara aldi berean, garatzen ditugun ideiak aztertu eta probatzera jotzen dugularik.

M-etxea nació en 2007 como un colectivo formado principalmente por profesores y alumnos de la escuela de arquitectura de Donostia e investiga la realidad arquitectónica con un carácter eminentemente práctico, los participantes pueden aplicar sus vivencias y experiencia como usuarios de los edificios de modo que son al mismo tiempo los que analizan y prueban las ideas que se desarrollan. El énfasis se pone en el usuario y los modos en los que ocupa y utiliza el espacio en el que habita. Nuestra motivación es investigar el uso del espacio arquitectónico y urbano de una forma proactiva. El uso mismo del espacio es una buena forma de repensar la arquitectura, superando el trabajo sobre papel adscrito tradicionalmente a los arquitectos y urbanistas. Nuestro laboratorio y lugar de actuación es el espacio habitado. Somos diseñadores y usuarios del espacio al mismo tiempo, por tanto tendemos a analizar y probar sobre el terreno las ideas que desarrollamos.
